How to use the Platform

How does it work?

All of the information is correlated within our platform, so you can see important information needed when considering to purchase a particular product from Wholesales Supply & their partners or not.

On the Website you will be shown Products and Manufacturers:

  • When Logged out
    • View ALL products on the platform, with generic prices
  • When logged in
    • View Products serviced, based on your “Ship to” Address postcode, with the specific price for your postcode/account.

PRODUCT PAGES

On the Product page you will be shown the:

  • Post Code the product will ship from
    • Timeline you would receive delivery (estimated).
    • Cut off time for ordering
    • Estimated Shipping cost – we always show the cheapest first, you can view and elect a different service level, i.e. Next Day urgent delivery and pay more for that service (if offered by that warehouse).
    • If the Goods are Dangerous Goods (DG) some carriers may not take these items, to your Post Code and/or may charge a surcharge for handling these items.
  • Tier Discount for volume purchase if offered, and it will automatically be applied.
  • Multiple Product photos/videos
  • Stock QTY available, per warehouse.
  • RWSP (Recommended Wholesale Selling Price), your price, and any discount which has been applied for a current offer.
  • % Saving
  • View Related Products
  • Add to Wish List, share that Wish List as a page link
  • Send product link by Email
  • Share to Socials

SHOPPING CART

In the Shopping Cart, you will be able to:

  • View all orders grouped by Supplier Warehouse
  • Add Shipping Instructions – per warehouse
  • See Shipping Cost per Warehouse Consignment, change service and recalculate shipping Cost.
  • Edit QTY of Product, including Remove from order.
  • Add a Discount Code
  • Redeem a Gift Voucher

CHECKOUT

At Check Out you will be able to:

  • See suggested Complementary products
  • Choose your payment method
    • Stripe / Credit Card#
    • Bank Transfer (manually done by the client)* - no fee applies to bank transfers

*orders will not be processed until funds are received. If not received within 3 days the order will be cancelled.

  • Confirm your Bill to and Ship to Details
  • Confirm your Order
  • Make payment

Once payment is recieved you will be sent an email with your PDF invoice and order confirmation
